Yes, we have added NETSH support for IPv6 tunnels back into Vista (as in
XP). You should be able to use this feature in build 5744, which has
been released to the beta program. I would love to hear how well this
works from anyone who tries it out.

It turns out support for proto-41 may finally make it in Vista. We
received a notice from Michael Surkan, Program Manager at MS, saying it
should be in last week's build. Michael, maybe you could confirm this.
